In the historic area encompassing the modern nation of Morocco, the tradition of rug-making is just about as old as it is anywhere in the world. The early adoption of rug-making by native Moroccans is certainly due in large part to the distinctive climate and resources of the area.   The eye-catching allure of the handmade Moroccan minimalist, yet bold design, makes for the most irresistible rugs! They are created from durable, recycled scrap fabric to create a masterpiece textile.

- One-of-a-kind rug and unique in the world.  The rug's design is so unique that it could be displayed as a piece of art, ideally a conversation piece rug.   These rugs are vibrant, bold, and statement making.  They add life and a sense of creativity to any space!

- They are meticulously selected by Moroccan craftswomen, woven and sewn together by hand. The result is a beautiful brightly colored patchwork that reflects the essence of Morocco.

Boucherouite Rug Care Instructions:

 - Every rug has been cleaned before being shipped.

- These rugs are designed to be durable and resistant, and last a lifetime when cared for properly. 

- They may be vacuumed and cleaned by hand using laundry soap and water.

- Washing is easiest when done outside, with plenty fresh air and sunlight for drying.

- Be sure to use cold water and allow to fully dry before bringing back inside.
