Domestic Orders:

Your order will be dispatched within 1-4 business days after payment has cleared.  The shipping time for the package to arrive via UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex is typically 1-4 business days.  Therefore, you can expect to receive your package anywhere between 2-7 business days. Tracking will be provided once your item ships.  We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. 

Seller will choose either UPS, USPS, or FedEx based on rates and availability.  It is the buyer's responsibility to inform the seller if UPS, USPS, or FedEx are not accepted or are undeliverable at the address entered at checkout. 

If a package is denied, refused, or undeliverable based on the address provided to the seller at checkout, the buyer is responsible for any shipping fees charged to the seller.

All prices are listed in US Dollars.  Tribe + True ships via FedEx International Economy and Ground.

IMPORTANT:   Import duties, VAT taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

We don't want there to be any surprises so please be sure to check before purchasing to avoid issues down the road. Thank you in advance!

Shipping time will vary depending on the country and is typically 3-8 business days. 

We typically have very good success with international shipments.  The main issue arises due to customs fees and improper addresses entered at checkout, so please verify that your address is 100% correct prior to submitting your order.

PLEASE NOTE:  We do not have access to determine the exact date that an item will be received or how long the transit time is over seas.  This varies country by country.  You will receive tracking once your item ships.

Due to the shipping logistics and extra care given to get your order safely to you over seas, all international orders are final. We cannot refund for orders that have been attempted delivered and left unclaimed or returned.  Please be sure to verify you have entered the correct address and be available if contacted to by the customs office to claim your package.
