We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unused, unwashed, unaltered, or unworn textiles for a full product refund or exchange. The returned item(s) must be confirmed and received back in our hands (with tracking for confirmation) within 14 calendar days of the date that the package was originally confirmed delivered to the recipient.
During this 14 days, it is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the blanket, rug, or other handmade item for possible defects or damage.
We will not accept returned items past this time frame. We will not accept items that have been damaged after use, we cannot be responsible for snags or tears that occur during use. Our blankets can last for years but must still be handled with care. Please understand that due to the handmade nature of our business, some "character imperfections" may be present. We embrace these differences as unique characteristics because that is what makes the item one-of-a-kind. The following guidelines apply:
- All baskets and jewelry are final sale. There will be no returns.
- All returned blankets (within 14 days) must be purchased from Tribe & True directly and returned in sell-able condition (new and unused), including original packaging with original hangtags attached.
- Merchandise received after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted, and will be forwarded back to the sender.
- Refunds will not include shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has shipped.

Pack and seal your box securely. Please ship your return with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is safely returned. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
